Little bammy has, so far, NEVER been seriously challenged when he blatantly violates the Laws of Congress. His theme of "We can't wait for blah, blah, blah" whatever he wants to ignore in order to enact something that he obliviously knows it totally illegal will be his total thought process.

So, here is something compiled directly from proclamations he has ALREADY made, with only minor substitutions inserted...

They have a reparational duty of recompensation towards the historically disenfranchised minorities as well as tax paying undocumented citizens. Such discrimination can no longer be tolerated at this make-or-break November moment for middle-class Americans.

Therefore I am voiding the election results and call for a bipartisan super committee to study new and progressive methods of electing governing officials. This process should be complete in time for the mid-term elections unless the super committee recommends other action or requests further study."

He always plays the "for the people" and the "for the oppressed minority" BS and has gotten his way EVERY time.

When his poll numbers are in the sewer and November 6 is tomorrow I would be very aware of his actions.
