If Rush applied conservative principles to eating habits and exercise, he'd never have to go on diets. He actually believes the myth that there are "people who can eat anything they want and not get fat." I've got brothers who are identical twins -- genetic clones -- who've proven to me what a myth that is. One of them Rush would certainly classify as "can eat all he wants and not get fat," and the other got pretty buttered up by eating what Rush would probably consider "normal" food, but which in fact is typically overloaded with carbs and starches.

It's a great way to make himself believe that it's not really his fault that he's got a weight problem!! *sigh*

Fat people are experts on diets. They're just NOT experts on being trim and physically fit. What a paradox!

Wow, so all your expert data comes from your two brothers. Good to know. Who says Rush is not physically fit? Lots of people who are on the heavier side tend to be more healthy than those skinnier then they are. Hint, it’s not just appearance that’s important.

God bless carbs and starches and chocolate and chips.......
Everything. In. Moderation.
