Well, bhfred, I DO think it is meant to prejudice the panelists. Hopefully, they are getting a bigger picture from the testimony presented in this court martial vs. what’s been reported in the MSM in the past to better understand what happened that day.

Of course it is meant to influence the paneling. Accent and accessorize. If you can’t dazzle them with your brilliance, baffle them with your bullshit.

My point is that any military person, people who are in the bizness of promoting the living to dead, shouldn’t, in a professional sense, be swayed by mere photos of dead bodies.

Now if they dragged a couple of those dead bodies into the court, maybe.

I am going to attempt an analogy.

My wife “tried” something new for supper last night. A couple of photos of that would be prejudicial. But it doesn’t reflect on her true ability to keep me fat and happy.
