Some would like to see Romney attack the federal government the way he economized companies during his time with Bain Capital.

He did bupkis while he was Massachusetts Governor, so why would he do it as POTUS?

“He did bupkis while he was Massachusetts Governor”

I guess that’s why he’s so popular there. Go figure.

So. Romney was a government sector executive in Massachusetts and a private sector executive at Bain. Romney increased government sector spending and jobs. Then he cut private sector spending and jobs.

The comparison with Barack Obama is more and more apt with each thing we learn.

Is his popularity in Massachusetts a plus for his conservative credentials to you, Saundra? Massachusetts loves Obama (the popular vote was 62% for Obama in 2008, versus a national average of 53%). The Kennedys, including Teddy. John Kerry. Barney Frank. Michael Dukakis.

That's it? You're proud of this comparative lineup? Kerry, Kennedy, Romney, Frank, Dukakis.
