I'm keeping my emotions in check here. Suppose though, that he is declared ineligible to be put on a primary ballot and it is immediately kicked up to the USSC. What if the USSC upheld his disqualification? If he were to be held to be unqualified to be on a primary ballot, then why would he be qualified to remain in office after such a decision was rendered? I don't believe anything will change. Sigh.
But, suppose he got word that a decision would be rendered that is adverse to him, and they made him take a deal. Resign now and all is forgiven. Stay and your sorry ass WILL go to prison.
