Romney said he hasnt even seen his OWN ads? by the super pacs????????????Perhaps Romney has not seen the absolutely final version of every ad, or maybe he meant he hasn't watched every single airing of every single ad. Either way, he was clearly playing word games. No controlling legal authority and what the meaning of "is" is...
