The problem around these parts (Central Rockies) is with
bipartisan NIMBYs and the like. They don't allow small, homebuilt wind turbines, small agriculture, small manufacturing or any other working class, do-it-yourself human activities. ...only the upper-middle-class, environmentalist, politically correct, animal-worshiping, socialist volks.
"Open space" policy. To the masses, it means that trespassing and pecking at the properties of common people with commie regulations is encouraged.
