"Romney looked like a prissy girl."

He always looks like a prissy girl to me, but I don't have a dog in this race yet and maybe I'm a little more objective than you. Just telling you what my perception was.

....Just telling you what my perception was.

As did I, since I have objectively viewed the field (they've been around a LONG time, so I've gotten to know them) and made my selection.

What's keeping you so "neutral?"

Perry, Santorum and Bachman are true conservatives in my book and even Newt, though he seems too jaded for me. My humble opinion is that Michelle got out because she knew she couldn't win and realizes the anti-Romney vote has to be congealed. Santorum is the flavor of the week after Iowa, but does he have enough money and can he stand the heat he's gonna get in the next few weeks? I think it was a mistake for Perry to bow out of NH, even though I don't think a primary in such a blue state should be a factor. Perception is everything and when he did that, I think he conveyed to alot of people that its only a matter of time before he pulls out. He also has very many things in common with GWB which doesn't help him. I think W was a really good President, except for his spending, but if he was a positive, I think his brother would be running.
Thanks to the retarded masses, though, the MSM has dictated the presidency for a while now. If I could nuke New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, I would. We would never have to worry about having another Dem President. In the mean time, we have to find the most conservative candidate that can win.

Perry never was going to be spending time in NH — this was common knowledge before the Iowa caucuses. He visited NH several times and decided to put his energy into Iowa and then move on to SC and do the 2 NH debates.

Romney has NH wrapped up (and Huntsman was there to bleed votes from him) so there really wasn’t much point in doing more.

I just watched Karl Rove on Fox. No, I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet.

He explained that South Carolina is 3 states in one. The very religious, conservative third is north (correct me if I’m wrong, I wasn’t taking notes.) He thinks the middle section is more fiscally conservative.

And the southern section has a lot of northerners who have moved there to retire but who are more liberal from their heritage.

If Rove is right, I would suggest that Santorum will lose a lot of the cane and walker crowd after his suggestion about social security.

this whole race is insane. We have two people in the top echelon of non Romneys who are, well, unbelievable. Nobody would have given Gingrich a chance in hell 6 months ago.

Nobody would have given Santorum a chance in hell one month ago.

Apprently Santorum was quietly playing it smart by sitting in parlors in Iowa listening to granny tell stories about her grandchildren for a year and by winning in Iowa became the flavor of the month.

I’m still hoping and praying that Rick Perry manages to catch fire, but if he doesn’t, we’ll have to bite the bullet and pick one of the remaining ... I won’t say the word that comes to mind.

I’m hoping that Romney will be curled up on the stage in the fetal position, blubbering, by the end of the debate.

And then the media will start with, “Mitt Romney CLEARLY won the debate tonight....”

Perry is in last place in NH and ahead of only Huntsman in SC and nationally. Rick Perry needs to drop out. A vote for Perry is a vote for Romney.
