The reason: Only Newt Gingrich presents a genuine threat, to Romney (GOP-E) and Obama.

My husband, DrO, stays far away from politics, but he just dictated a letter to me that I emailed to Neil Cavuto and Roger Ailes. It’s a professional doozie; one that only he could write. I will be shocked if he doesn’t receive a reply. I sent a copy to the address I receive from Newt. LOL.

LOOK at this!!!!!!! connect the dots here..Forti who is head of Romneys Super Pac is a friend and former associate of Karl Roves!!!!!!!!!! everything is coming together with Fox, Rove and Romney's pac...sorry for the way this info is presented but I obtained it from various sites...stunning!Information on the Super Pac supporting Romney. Also, contact address if you wish to send them a nasty gram. As of August 2011[update], the largest individual contributor to Restore Our Future was John Paulson, a billionaire and hedge fund manager who is, according to Politico, "famous for [having enriched] himself by betting on the collapse of the housing industry."[3] An additional million dollars came from W Spann LLC, a corporation with no record of actual business activities.[5] W Spann LLC was incorporated, donated to the PAC, and then dissolved in a matter of months,[6][7] attracting concerns from election-watchdog groups and campaign-finance experts about the use of dummy corporations to shield large campaign contributions from public scrutiny.[5] Several watchdog groups requested that the Justice Department and Federal Election Commission investigate donations to Restore Our Future from W Spann LLC as possible violations of campaign-finance law.[8] Restore Our Future declined to provide additional details about the donation and asserted that it had complied with existing laws. In response to rumors, a spokesman for Bain Capital, an equity firm previously headed by Romney, stated that W Spann LLC "is not affiliated with Bain Capital or any of our employees."[5] Shortly thereafter, Edward Conard, a former top executive at Bain Capital and longtime Romney supporter, came forward to state that he had formed W Spann LLC and funded and authorized the $1 million contribution.[9] Conard requested that Restore Our Future amend its filings to reflect that he, rather than W Spann LLC, donated the $1 million.[10][11] Two additional $1 million contributions came from corporations registered to the offices of two executives of Nu Skin Enterprises, a Utah-based multilevel marketing company selling skin-care products and dietary supplements.[3] Other large contributors included members of the Marriott family, hedge-fund managers, and investors in Bain Capital.[3] Source is Wiki contact info info@restoreourfuture.com Get this!!!!!!!!!!! Forti who is head of Romney's super pac is a associate of Karl Roves!!!!!!!!!! connect the dots! Forti has also been described as "Karl Rove's Karl Rove." He has been a key player with ROVE in creating American Crossroads and Crossroads GPS, which intend to raise and spend over $100 million to help defeat Obama's re-election effort. He has also aided two other anti-Obama, anti-progressive policy special interest groups. One is the right-wing alternative to the moderate to conservative AARP, known as the "60-Plus Association." The 60-Plus group, which reportedly is funded in part by global corporations, has repeatedly attacked Democrats with spurious claims about Medicare. He has also advised the so-called "Americans for Job Security," a group created from an effort of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to attack the rights of union workers. The watchdog group Public Citizen has said this group should be called "Corporations Influencing Elections," based on their primary membership and funders. Forti also founded the "Black Rock Group," a PR and strategy firm that aids political candidates and corporate interests. His co-founder is Michael Dubke, who leads "Crossroads Media," which has been involved in some of the ads being aired this election cycle. Forti is also the former leader of "Freedom's Watch," a group that pushed Dick Cheney's miltary agenda. The Super PAC's Treasurer Is Romney's Former General Counsel Romney's former lawyer, Charles Spies, is also working for the PAC as its treasurer. Spies worked as Romney's General Counsel, basically his chief legal advisor, his consigliere, during his 2008 presidential campaign. Romney's Former Chief Fundraiser now Raises Funds for the Super PAC Steve Roche was the chief fundraiser for Romney's White House bid in 2008. He held that same position leading up to the 2012 race until last summer. Basically, Roche left his post raising money directly for Romney to raise money directly for the PAC supporting Romney. He made the jump after the Federal Election Commission (FEC) lost its bid to limit contributions to PACs making supposedly "independent expenditures" that advocate for or against a candidate in political campaigns in the wake of the far-reaching Citizens United decision. The Restore Our Future PAC, along with other PACs, filed a boiler-plate statement last summer with the FEC stating that its activities would not be coordinated with the campaign and because its activities were "independent" of the campaign, the federal contribution limits did not apply under recent judicial dictates. So, Roche moved over to the pro-Romney Super PAC where he can now raise unlimited money to be spent helping Romney win the election. Based on his leading role helping Romney raise money, Roche knows well who to ask for the unlimited pro-Romney donations the PAC can rake in now. According to MSNBC's investigative reporter Michael Isikoff, Romney also appeared at a fundraiser for "Restore Our Future," last summer. (Romney recently expressed "concern" about PAC spending, but his solution is for political candidates to be able to accept unlimited cash directly, a view echoed by the Wall Street Journal editorial page). How Much Unlimited Money Has Gushed in to "Restore Our Future?" The total haul of Romney's former fundraiser, Roche, in his new gig seeking unlimited funds for the pro-Romney Super PAC will not be clear until reports are filed later this month. But, earlier disclosures filed with the FEC show that the Super PAC led by Romney's friends raised big bucks from a veritable millionaire's club of corporations and individuals. For example, Restore Our Future received a million dollar donation from billionaire John Paulson, who reportedly got richer betting that the U.S housing market would collapse. It also received a $500,000 donation from J.W. Marriott, Jr., the chairman of Marriott International, and another half million from Richard Marriott, the chairman of Host Hotels and Resorts. And, there were numerous $100,000 donations as well. Additionally, there was a particularly controversial million dollar donation from Edward Conard (which was originally disclosed as coming from "W. Spann, LLC," a company that appeared to exist only to donate that million dollars, until calls for an investigation led to a "correction"). Conard is a former executive with Romney's old firm Bain Capital, the firm that specialized in "leveraged buyouts" of companies. Restore Our Future also raised major money from for-profit corporations, such as Eli Publishing ($1 million), F8, LLC ($1 million), The Villages of Lake Sumter, Inc., in Florida ($250,000), 2GIG Technologies ($100,000), the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies ($100,000), Unit 8N ($40,000), and B/E Aerospace Inc. ($50,000). The total raised by the pro-Romney PAC in the first half of 2011 was over $12 million. Under current law, ads run by Super PACs and other groups are not required to disclose the main donors as part of the advertising, just the invented feel-good name of the group placing the ads. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lisa Graves is the Executive Director of the Center for Media and Democracy, which publishes PRWatch.org, SourceWatch.org, and BanksterUSA.org. Our latest investigation is ALECexposed.org. (ALEC corporations and politicians on its task force voted for a resolution supporting the Citizens United decision.) She previously served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy at the U.S. Department of Justice and as Chief Counsel for Nominations for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, among other leadership posts. •Lisa Graves's news articles •Add new comment The W Spann contribution is one of four $1 million contributions given to Restore Our Future. Two of the other three came from small, unknown corporations and the third from hedge fund billionaire John Paulson. Records filed with the State of Utah for the two corporations did come with some identifying information, connecting them to the executives of the anti-aging product company Nu Skin Enterprises. The big question for the individuals behind W Spann and Restore Our Future is whether any of their activity is illegal. While it is perfectly legal for a corporation to form and dissolve or to contribute to a political committee like Restore Our Future, it is illegal to use a conduit to contribute to a political committee. According to Paul Ryan, FEC program director and associate legal counsel at the Campaign Legal Center, "Federal law clearly prohibits making a contribution in the name of another." Ryan explained that it would be illegal, "if the humans behind the straw corporation put money into the straw corporation for the purpose of contributing to the Super PAC. It's illegal under federal law to use a straw donor." The possible legality of contributions like the one W Spann made to Restore Our Future looks like an oversight on the Supreme Court's part. The Court allowed corporate spending on independent expenditures in the Citizens United decision, but also affirmed the need for disclosure. In the Citizens United decision, Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote: "Prompt disclosure of expenditures can provide shareholders and citizens with the information needed to hold corporations and elected officials accountable for their positions. This transparency enables the electorate to make informed decisions and give proper weight to different speakers and messages." "People can set up a corporation give millions to a Super PAC and shut it down before they have to file annual reports," allowing donors to remain anonymous, Brett Kappel, counsel at Arent Fox and an expert in campaign finance, told HuffPost. "This was a natural extension of what the Supreme Court allowed in Citizens United." Still, Democracy 21 President Fred Wertheimer said the $1 million corporate donations to Restore Our Future "may well be a violation of the campaign finance laws." In a statement, Wertheimer called for the matter to be "investigated by the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department." "It takes nine months to create a human, decades for that human to be able to make judgements reaching the level of contributions to political causes, but only a matter of days to create a corporation," Ryan said. "There's a big difference between humans and corporations that the Supreme Court ignored in their Citizens United decision."
