And how well do you think Santorum’s opposition to birth control will fly with women? Somebody tell me how, please.

It shouldn’t be anything close to the most important issue in this campaign. But, if women (as a group) decide that birth control is their determining factor, then we deserve a Socialist as President.

I, for one, do not think it’s going to “fly” very well. Quite the contrary, I think the left and the media is going to make some big hay over this, and it will cost Mr. Santorum a LOT of womens’ votes.

I daresay that even the majority of _conservative_ women want it to be _their choice_ insofar as birth control is concerned.

This position isn’t going to win him many votes. It’s best he try to downplay it as much as possible. Election-wise, it’s a loser.

Here in WA that would be a deal killer. Of course most female voters on the western side of the Cascades are libs
and are in the tank for His Oneness. Santorum and traditional values are a no sale in the population centers of Seattle,
Portland, SF Bay Area and El Ley/SoCal. How many delegates
in WA, OR, CA?
