Pray tell, you have such a hard-on about Newt, but yet you haven’t said who YOU are backing in this race.
I would like to know.
It would probably explain a lot of your anti-Newt ranting.
I was hoping for someone to clone a Coolidge/Goldwater/Reagan/Friedman and throw in some Adam Smith for good measure.
That pretty much sums up what we really need to save this country.
But out of the current choices.
Santorum would be on the short list, he really got his motivation and “belief” system from Gingrich very early on (that is when I dreamed of Gingrich being President).
Perry would be another viable choice.
I really liked Bachmann.
Maybe we could somehow convince Palin to run.
But Santorum squeaks to the top. I do have concerns about his past spending but I see one thing in Santorum that I have not seen in others. He sticks with the truth no matter good or bad, he doesn’t spin ANYTHING, he explains his positions, he doesn’t flip flop and his record is consistent.
I think Santorum would correct the path of America and we would be much better off in 4 years than we are today.
Anti-Newt ranting???
I can’t believe the one-side Newt cheer leading going on here.
The man is a scumbag, he cheated on multiple wives...that should speak volume about character. Am I the only one that cares about character anymore? Ronald Reagan had real character and he was the last president we have had that had it.
I would like to know how you define a progressive?
Who in the GOP you would consider a progressive?
Do you believe they are in the GOP?
Have you read Pat Buchanan’s book: Suicide of a Superpower?
Well worth the time and it really puts into perspective how the progressives in both parties are destroy our country so that we can transition into a new world order - one world government.
And I don’t think God is too pleased with our continuing to vote for the lesser of two evils...it hasn’t worked out.
We need to get back to the foundation of this country and the moral code that allowed us to thrive - the 5000 year leap.
We are currently on the 100 year suicide mission.
