As to Leo Donofrio, I believe he has NO cases at the Supreme Court, and in fact, has said he will never set foot in another Federal courtroom.
There are a lot of weird things happening right now, and it wouldn’t surprise me if a case went to the Supreme Court and the LSM never let out a peep.

Which is why I was questioning it a bit. It left me scratching my head ( figuratively ) and I even checked the date to see when it was posted ( a week or two ago )lol.
Yes, definitly weird things going on and it also would not surprise me either.
