I hope Rush re-checks his facts on this issue below. He seems to believe that we have nothing to worry about based on what his “sources” have told him. I wonder if Mark Levin agrees with him.

Specifically, the section that Obama asked to be reworded was Section 1031 of the NDAA FY2012, which says that “any person who has committed a belligerent act” could be held indefinitely.

Last time I remember Levin talking about this, I do NOT think Levin agrees with him.
The fact that there is so much disagreement about its interpretation tells me that it is deliberately ambiguous, and we are to rely on the good and Constitutional intentions of our government to not abrogate any American citizen’s rights.
Yea...that’s the ticket...
