Santorum may not be perfect, but when Romney is the alternative, what else can voters do?

As I see it, there are only these alternatives, none of them good:

1. Cast your lot with Rick Perry whose brand of compassionate conservatism identifies more with illegal aliens, their employers and their professors over displaced American workers and intact families as Santorum's brand does.
   
2. Cast your lot with the nutcase Ron Paul and hope the Islamofacist countries of the world just stay as quiet as he claims they well.
   
3. Cast your lot with Mitt Romney and hope you get the pre-Massachussets governor version of a decent businessman rather the RINO government version.
   
4. Cast your lot with Newt Gingrich and hope you get the 90s version firebrand conservative instead of the more recent version denouncing rightwing social engineering and embracing global warming.

Santorum is the alternative which easily carries the least risk. Just watching how the gay mafia and the enemedia reacts confirms it.
