Several things come to mind:

Values - Interview his family; What about societal values that say you solve your personal problems with a gun? Where did this youth get THAT idea?

History - What had this child done before?

Anger Management - Why was he so upset? Over what?

Respect for authority - Governmental authority (even the one that exists now) is established by God. Who gave this student the motivation to completely disregard that authority? What gives US the right to completely disregard governmental authority (even if we disagree)?

This nation has turned its back on God and we are beginning to see the consequences.

"Family Values" are exactly the point. Where did he learn the disdain for police that made him continue to point the pellet gun after ordered to drop it. After all, it was this disdain, and those that taught it to him, that caused his death.

Don W: If you have kids, have you taught them to use the word "PIGS" as you do? We can see how that can only turn out well "Moron!"
