Interesting idea. Do you think Paul is capable of bowing to the President’s agenda and sticking to it as opposed to him following his own?
Or in short, would he be a loose cannon refusing any administration management...
If Newt appointed him Fed Chairman, I think Ron Paul would be his own agent. But, since Newt says he wants to fire Beranke- and he says he wants to audit the Fed-—then there would seem to be no reason to interfere with Paul’s audit.
I think Paul is rsponsible enough that he is not going to release findings (w/o consultation) that might dramtically effect the economy— but ultimately,I think he would expect that his findings be addressed in an orderly process.
I think it would be a good thing.
