Oh, Rita, I hope not.

He’s the best.

If he actually drops out, I will lose all interest in this race.

I will, however, vote for the nominee. I may be gagging while I do it, but I will do it.

altura, my friend, it sure sounds like he is leaving the race and it looked liked it for sure, knowing Rick. The buzz about the trip to South Carolina in the morning was over when he said that he was going back to Texas tomorrow, that after the vote count tonight, “to see if there was a path forward.”

Rick is no doubter, and no user of his base of support
(contrary to others) so, we know what this means. We lost a good one if this comes out the way it definitely sounded.

Also, he’s a straight shooter, as you know, and he knows these candidates by now. HIS endorsement is one that should matter to all, and will matter for me. I have to hope it will be Newt. I believe Newt can play the long game if he had money, and take down Romney first and then O.
