No question he was a problem...BUT, if Perot doesn’t run (he got 22% of the vote, I believe) Clinton goes back to Arkansas and Hillary does volunteer work for Planned Parenthood throughout the ‘90s.
I do not believe that Perot elected Clinton; I believe a fellow named GHWB elected Clinton, just as GWB elected Obama.
