Anyone who has seen the film “Gone with the Wind” remembers the terrible scene where Scarlett goes into the parlor to see her mother laid out. Thankfully, I grew up with the balls (you should pardon the expression) to look at death squarely in the face. When my father died 3 years ago, I tucked a love letter into his pocket in the funeral parlor. There is NOTHING to fear from the dead.

We know a friend who redid her mom’s makeup at the funeral parlor before allowing her to be viewed.
What Santorum did was an act of love. This child was born and died, and for Colmes to even bring this up in such a fashion is evil evil evil.

I put roses next to my dad's hands while laying in the casket, and my brothers put pictures next to him.
The way the Santorum's mourned their beloved son coming home from the hospital is the way people mourned a long time ago, what's wrong with that ? as long as the doctors and health department gives their ok.
There were not hospitals like we have it today many centuries ago.
People were born at home, and sometimes died at home.
