I don't know where you got that pic from, but they've got Texas messed up as to where some of those cities are actually located.
Beaumont/Port Arthur is right on the Louisiana border, not way over by San Antonio.

Yes, the map is all messed up. Just go with the city names. It looks like all it is is a map of federal prisons. I’ve driven past the one in Eden, TX and it’s little and very low security. Looking up the facts on it shows it’s to hold illegals and has about 1500 beds which isn’t enough to hold the tiny town of Eden much less half of West Texas. Sorry, but if that’s what they’re calling detention centers then we don’t have to worry. If they’re planning on the big boom or ebola or whatever wiping out West Texas to a mere 1500 souls, then I doubt anyone would care enough to round us up.
