Who knows. Especially hard to know when only reading some reporter's version of how that conversation went down. Reporters rarely report accurately, especially when there is inference involved. (Example: Media all reported that Herman Cain had asked Kissinger to be his Secretary of State... I watched the interview, and it was obvious Cain was joking when he said that, but none of the reporters in the room had a sense of humor, so no one laughed, and Cain moved on. But it was reported that Cain was SERIOUS about that.)
Evidence is sufficient, but we should move towards the most effective possible steps to reduce carbon looting of the atmosphere. ... And do it urgently, yes.
