“...our employees in DC have clearly forgotten for whom they work...is our fault.” I don’t wish to be contentious, but I believe their bad behavior is their fault. They are responsible for their actions. There is no excuse for their behavior. Period. They’d love nothing better than to be able to say, “But, golly! We weren’t aware that there was a problem.” And, yes, I’m assigning a value judgment. They can kiss my grits.
