I thought about posting something clever and enormously witty - a bon mot to make you literally laugh, something with an obscure popular culture reference from another decade coupled with a passing connection to the time-space continuum or an Ancient Celtic text - but something that would make you pause and realize there was a second level of pungent social commentary or a lasting life lesson, coupled with dry wit and another bit of wry humor dependent on recognizing a play on words that contrasts an unpublished Shakespearean sonnet with one of Tax-chick's 1999 posts - then making you stop and peel the metaphorical mental onion further to see that I actually meant something else, something so stunningly candent that you audibly cry "aha!"

Well, that and the fact that I can't even think of a knock-knock joke at the moment.

Where were you when I needed you?

LOL!

“Words fail me as I attempt to convey ... aw, freep, forget about it.”

Good morning. More baby pictures will be up later. I got Tom to upload them, but then couldn’t get him off the computer. He was last seen watching “Big Bang Theory” on the streaming vid from the tv network and laughing uproariously.

"Where Were You When I Needed You." The Grass Roots. 1966. It peaked at #28 on the Billboard Top 40 and was the group's first Top 40 hit.

Nice original video of the band playing the song - but you trade off old audio for the video; great Rickenbacker 360/6

I'm not ignoring anyone. I'm 'taking a meeting' with the Fardeaux triplets. I'm pitching a new project. One of their short films about K'Amelia a/k/a Katherine. We'll run it up the flagpole and see who salutes.
