I detect some slight exaggeration for dramatic effect...It was a flagrant request for love. So there.

I have had no confusion whatsoever about Jethro Gibbs since he was the Coors beer guy and one of my coworkers had a *hugh* crush on him.

Wow! Are you permitted to share the recipes or are they family top-secret I-could-torture-you-and-you’d-admit-nothing sorts of recipes?
The thing is, this is the first time in my life that I’ve actually *liked* PB cake and hushpuppies. The cake is sort of dense but very moist and peanut buttery, and the hush puppies aren’t dry and gritty, but moist, light and fluffy.
OK, not to get too far off topic:
“U’unfratha bu’ugraith.
Goimite ne’kha tranya.
Narkekku.
-Dar she’are”
Do you recall the translation?

Just catching up on required reading.

Mr. Firefighter forgot to ask Mrs. Firefighter to bring the recipe, and Mrs. Firefighter said she’s not too good at remembering things like that, either, but she’ll try to remember to have it there next time. On the plus side, we brought home two pieces of the cake so I should be in a sugar coma before long.
Please put your feet up and have a Restorative for me! :)

Hubby and I will be in Texas in a few weeks.
You could visit with chocolate and hugs if you have nothing better to do.

The guacamole was on the sideboard when the subject was first brought up, but who knows where it is now? Besides, it could have a tentacle in it, so you probably wouldn’t want it anyway.
Gotta get back to the first UT. Only have 65K posts to go—yippee!

Most Texans are wonderful people, and I usually enjoy my trip.
I am afraid to eat there tho. Actually I am afraid to eat anywhere but at home. That is one of the reasons I dislike/fear travel.
I know how to manage it.....eat french fries.
If they are hot, they are safe. Be careful with the ketchup.
Wait, you're all Americans.
Be careful with the mayonnaise.

Besides, it could have a tentacle in it, so you probably wouldnt want it anyway.I'm experienced in eating food prepared and cooked by Boy Scouts well removed from showers, in the woods, served to me as a surprise with eagerness, a smile, a "here, Mr. [Scoutmaster], try this!", and a "he ate it! I told you he would eat it!
Tentacle would be a treat.

Tequila tends to take people to the twilight zone, more often than not, ending in unfortunate outcomes.
Ever had Absinthe?
I did once.
It was nice.

When enough states say no to national welfare then California and other spendthrift states will have to learn to live within their means. It was the Lyndon Johnson nationization of welfare that caused all of these problems.
