Probably so. Although NE Ohio has had small quakes of this magnitude every so often over the years. The largest in recent memory hit the same day as the Challenger disaster, back in the day. Cracked a wall in the VA hospital.

No fracking going on then of course.

That 5.0 Ohio quake was on January 31, 198, three days after the Challenger. It was near the Perry nuke plant. Felt over a dozen or so states and part of Canada.

There actually was liquid injection into deep waste disposal wells.
