Why not shoot a couple of these poor, misguided, misunderstood "youths?" Bet that would put an end to this chaos, mayhem and destructive behavior, toute suite?

My thoughts exactly. A few snipers causing a few thugs to reach room temperature would get their attention with a clear mention that this behavior would not be allow.

If we want civilization to survive, the world needs to take the steps to ensure that the vermin do not take over.
