A few weeks ago Rush played a clip of Newt

After the clip - Rush said: “You should have stopped talking after the first sentence - which was great....”

Some just do not know when to stop painting

Voters fell for the short words

Voters are turned off by condescending blather and endless BIG SOLUTIONS

Reagan talked of a shining city on a hill

Not the valley, the river, the caves, the trees, the animals - and what GOVERNMENT must do to improve them

Gilding the lily will not cut in when the voters will vote a just a few short seconds:

“Now.... What did he say.... And what did it mean anyway?”

The thing is, people listen to ‘good talkers’, eventually they may realize they’re ‘full-a-bull’ half the time. I read earlier that Newt tends to wander off into long speeches on history.

Bill Clinton is another one who can talk a blue streak. There’s a certain charm to it until you ‘find them out’, lol.
