The escalating panic over Ron Paul is highly interesting.

First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

“First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.”

Every defeated Quixotic fool thinks the same thing.

I’ve got a better one for you:

Goofy ideas breed resistance and derision.

That quote is attributed to Ghandi who’s ‘winning’ resulted in the British leaving the Indian subcontinent resulting in the Indian/Pakistan civil war and one million deaths and is still resulting in one of the greatest nuclear threats we have now.

First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

This is what EVERY losing candidate and failed movement claims. Usually things just end at the laughing part.

Ron Paul will not be the nominee so he won't be winning anything.

I see that you have nothing to say about the article content.
So, what do you think of it?
Do you agree with it or not?

I think the PDS that has been growing by leaps and bounds on FR has been interesting to watch. I can't really say I'm a Paul supporter, though I do like the fact that he's the only candidate willing to talk seriously about the federal reserve system.

One useful thing that may come of it, though is that later on in the campaign, when we bring up questions about zero's documentation, we'll be able to ask these media outlets why it is that Paul's writings of 20+ years ago were relevant, but zero's aren't. Something to keep in mind for later.
