Absolutely CORRECT!

I had several buds in VQ-1 when we (VQ-3) were on Guam with 'em. Boot camp buddies. School buddies. SERE buddies.

That the skipper of that aircraft didn't turn east and run (at 200 ft) is BAFFLING to me.

I was in VP-40 at the time and had one detached TAD to Agana, Guam in late ‘71 for several weeks. GUAM IS GOOD, especially during wintertime in Okinawa!
