If RS does well in Iowa - we’ll see how well he does in the top tier. He may surprise me, but I suppose not so well.

Sarah Palin says other wise.
Sarah has gone on record by saying that Rick Santorum can turn this thing around in 30 days, and even though she didn't come out and say it, she said something 2 months back about someone coming from behind besides the current leaders at that time, and that person she was talking about is Rick Santorum.
Rush Limbaugh has been hinting that he likes to see Rick the leader.
