Never once thought it was. Libertarian views are inconsistent with Republican/conservative views. Republicans have never been a secular, laissez-faire behavior, party. They have always stood for values and morality as well as the fiscal and foreign policy beliefs.
In other words, Republicans are only for liberty when it suits them?
So if Republicans/conservatives dont stand behind laissez-faire behavior, then what type of behavior are they for? Coerced? Government approved morality?
And historically, Republicans were isolationists, so which foreign policy beliefs should we have?
