Quit buying all appliance items from Sears. Seems their main interest is selling extended warranty policies, and they completely lost sight of quality. I called for a service call on a microwave, and the Customer Service Rep. struggled to speak English. I had to listen to a sales pitch for extended warranty before they would take the service information. Bye Bye Sears!

The extended warranty policies stink too.
They take two visits to accomplish what most local folks can do in one. Support your local repair people; they’re more motivated, cheaper, flexible, and reliable.... usually.
