your right Santorum is. But he is also unelectable because people just don’t like him.

The choices are Romney or Gingrich, it’s that simple.

If Romney and Gingrich are the only choices, Obama’s campaign ads (yup, $1 billion of it) will be like shooting fish in a barrel.

When Gingrich places third or fourth in Iowa, will the choices still only be Romney or Gingrich?

This time 4-years ago Giuliani was leading, Huckabee was in second and Juan McCain was in third place over 5 percentage points behind. I would imagine some at that time were saying the race was between Giuliani and Huckabee. Clearly, that was not true just as it is not true now that our choices are limited to Gingrich and Romney.

Gingrich is just as bad as Romney. They have major problems thinking the Federal Government has solutions to America's problems.

Perry is the only one convincingly saying the answer is to get government out of the way.

I know Perry is holding a healthcare Ace waiting for the right time to play it. My guess it will be after Iowa and it will destroy all argument for government mandates or universal healthcare.

Perry is playing this game very well and his momentum coming out of Iowa will change the race.

It will be Perry and Mitt.

I find that I’m warming to the same view. I love Rick Santorum as a proper conservative, but he just can’t achieve lift-off. That leaves only two alternatives. Romney is absolutely unacceptable, while Gingrich can be kept in line. I’ll take Newt.
