Life, not just intolerance of crats, but Court's favor participation. Look at liberal Florida SpCt in 2000, or conservative Alaska SpCt in 2010— always siding with voter inclusion.

Imo, the Va Court will allow time for verification- if not, the complainants will find a way to bring it into the Fed system. IMO, the omitted candidates have the better argument.

Being for Voter disenfranchisement is never a good side to be on.

My fear here is that our arguing that we are being disenfranchised, could undermine our efforts on voter ID, so I think we have to be swift but cautious in how we challenge.
