You are absolutely wrong about that. There is already a challenge being filed by several very well prepared Legal authorities. They say that this will be easily over turned on several merits.
It has never been challenged until now and is very much in trouble. On several counts.

It's worth a challenge. Heretofore I thought the addresses were missing.
