Not after they started the war by sealing our then peaceful sailors in the hull of the Oklahoma.

The key reason both the current Iraq and Afghanistan wars have dragged on longer than any others is that we bent over backwards to carry out surgical strikes and minimize collateral damage; fighting the enemy by the Marquis of Queensbury rules.

How is that working out for us?
