Actually, this has been floating around since 2007. It is coming to a head now both because he is threatening the Conservative candidates position, is smearing the Conservatives (did you catch his nasty attack on Bachmann?) and it was revealed he lied about not knowing or being the author (CSPAN video from 1995 he admitted writing them).
I have reposted this one for years, every time a paultard tries to defend him.
He was all over the talk shows at the time elaborating on this position.
Evidently, we were supposed to jump in with trench knives and fixed bayonettes.
Hardly, all of this STUFF has been readily available. It’s time his supporters admit they are supporting an anti-American, anti-Semitic,Racist, U.S. Military hating, insane big mouth.

Paul has a long and documented history of being a nut case and making ignorant comments there must be tons of stuff laying around like this
I'm kind of surprised the media did not wait until Paul got the nomination before coming out with this. I knew this stuff about Paul from previous election cycles. I'm surprised this is news to anyone. The way I look at it, anyone who supports Paul pretty much knows what the guy stands for, and is OK with it. We've always had a blame America first (and every other country in the world is wonderful and as peaceful as warm puppies except for wicked, wicked Israel) contingent in the GOP, and it is this aspect of Paul's candidacy that is attracting a lot of support from liberals, moderates and Democrats.
So sad to see the truth being laid out about such a nice

This came out years ago. The left made some angry chimp noises about it after Gulf War I, and then moved on to the next item on their agenda.
The article is of course wrong about the military aspects.
The tactic of using bulldozers was not hidden from the public after the war. High ranking US officers tested the tactic from the Iraqi point of view. They positioned themselves in replicas of the Iraqi trenches, and had the tactic used against them. They determined that the Iraqi soldiers had enough time surrender, and the Iraqis would survive if they left the trench system. Soldiers who didn’t surrender were quickly killed.
