Perry should just drop out and endorse Bachman or Santorum... I guess you missed in the article that Bachmann and Santorum didn't submit signatures at all so they aren't on the ballot there either. This whole primary is a cluster.

If they can't meet the minimal qualifications for a state primary, they shouldn't be charged with running a country.

All the states should have their primary on the same day. I don’t like other states, the media, or anyone else picking my candidate for me.

Also, VA is a winner take all state, so that could be why the also-rans decided not to spend the money here.
