The new NYC sex ed currciulum will get those numbers way up starting with 11 year olds. Desensitizing them is the whole goal.
Another term that might be more appropriate is, “Grooming”.
The goal is to break down the natural and protective modesty of children. Now that homosexuals have a grip on our nation's socialist-entitlement schools the “grooming” will get bolder.
