Did you read my post #23. I said, "Until we can show that the policy is hurting operational readiness, recruitment, and retention, it is far better to fight this battle at a later date. The policy has only been in effect for a few months. We need data to support the contentions you linked to.
If the goverment, media, schools and so on were not indoctrinating people on the glories of the gay agenda, and instead people were left to figure it out on their own or even GASP told the truth, any favorable numbers on gay this and that would fall like a stone. And thats the simple truth.
Did you read my post #84? Attitudes on gays have changed radically in this country. It is a reflection of decades of indoctrination by our educational institutions and the MSM. I am 68 and can attest to these changes. I believe that these changes undermine the family and our culture in general. How do we stop it is a whole different kettle of fish. My point is that making this a high profile issue is not a winning strategy. Gay marriage is a different matter. The majority is still on our side defining marriage as between a man and a woman.
We will never see the data. It’s like the cover-up of effects of women in the ranks. What will happen is there will be a bunch of incidents and one will make the headlines and the military will quietly change the rules.
Some homos will either kill each other or they will pick on the wrong GI and get busted up bad.
