Defined as “Homicide that is committed without the intent to kill, but with criminal recklessness or negligence.” Doesn’t sound like bullying to me.
That charge is typically a training accident, accidental discharge, etc. If the guy is found in a tower with a round through the bottom of his chin then it’s either suicide, murder, or someone shot him by accident from the ground. They aren’t charging murder, so it’s an accidental shot or the soldier killed himself, and the army is claiming the charged soldiers drove him to it.
I’m guessing the guy was a queer, got harrassed, popped himself and the army is going to make an example of these eight soldiers that queers will not be bothered.
