The government is in the shape it’s in because of congress and the executive branch cannot bring spending and government initiatives under control. The only reason that judiciary is a problem is that congress and the executive branch keep nominating and confirming crappy judges. See a pattern here? If you believe that we should go back to the constitution, start obeying laws, passing laws that are constitutional, and stop trying to undermine the constitution for the flimsiest of reasons, including the cop-out that you are “trying to save it”.

I see you still haven't taken Jim's suggestion and read Newt's actual STATED position on this issue have you?

Otherwise, you would have already sheepishly admitted the mistake you made earlier rather than continuing on with this line of posting.

Which conservative Republican candidate is deliberately "undermining the constitution." beside Mr. Romney?

If you think it's Newt, I cannot agree with you just because he's willing to think outside the box of conventional wisdom, or the evolution of the onerous domination we see today by the judicial branch.

Earl Warren, of the infamous "Warren Court" during the Eisenhour administration started all this crappola about the superiority of the Supreme Court (and all the federal courts by extension) to all other branches of government!

What I find shocking as a voter is the sheepishness of most polititians and actually, even the people, which is why I held such high hopes for the Tea Party movement. I've seen people digging into their government like never before and I applaud politicians who do it even more!!!

I think everybody ought to hold off on deciding until at least 3 or 4 primary elections are held unless the live in an early primary state. It's never over till it over even though some on FR think they hear the gravitationally challenged member of the femine gender starting her vocalization exercises!!!
