I’m not impressed with any of these people. But will say, Newt is slickest, and probably smartest person on the stage. Never thought I’d vote for someone named after a lizard.

LOL! Newt is a nickname. His name is actually Newton.
A newt is an amphibian, a salamander. For part of its life cycle it is green and lives in the water, for the other part it is red (called an eft) and lives on land. Maybe there's some symbolism there.
