Kim Jong-il and Bill Clinton were about to sign a sweeping deal between two countries near the end of Slick' term. Then Florida recount incident occurred. It consumed all of Slick attention, and they missed the opportunity to seal the deal. It was a historic near miss which averted a major diplomatic disaster. Very luck coincidence from our point of view. To this day, I am really glad that it happened the way it did.

History did another magic and it stopped on its track Dem's sorry gambit to score what they can tout as diplomatic breakthrough, giving a new lease on NK regime.
