This is where destablization measures come in. Propaganda balloons, black ops broadcasts, rumor spreading, grafitti, hit and run flyers (anti Kim Jong Eun, especially for being fat and well off while people eat tree bark, dogs, bugs and each other), etc. If the civilized world wanted to bring down this monstrosity (like they did with apartheid in South Africa or Rhodesia), they could do it, but the world is not anti communist, and certainly not Obama. PS News filtering that NK has closed the border with China, and in one town and area, Musan, is stationing armed KPA soldiers every 12 feet. Even young children are being told not to go out. They want to prevent mass escapes during this tentative, unstable period of transition from a man to a kid (essentially), with a lot of jealous people around there.
