From what I read, Romney was on the Haley train long before Palin and the TP. He supported her campaign from the get go. Of course, now we know why Haley was hesitant to say she’d endorse Palin if she ran.

That's the twist of the knife in the back. With Mitt she was going nowhere, but when Sarah and the TP showed up for her she sailed to the governorship.
Going back to Mitt is saying her time as a real conservative was just a flirtatious affair but nothing serious.
I expect there will be no polls on her because her betrayal will be reflected and the GOP establishment and Democrats don't want potential future sell-outs to be scared off.
