Homeland Security also will restrict the sheriff's office use of the Secure Communities program, which uses fingerprints collected in local jails to identify illegal immigrants. They are withholding a tool the sheriff could use to do his job? Do they think that the tool belongs to them personally? Or is it the property of the United States of America to be used for all law enforcement agencies?
If they can prove he has done something illegal, why don't they bring him up on charges?

Exactly
Where is there the whiff of any Due Process?
Where is a grand jury? Where are the indictments?
Instead they are out to indict, try and convict the sheriff in the media.
They're playing a dangerous game of chicken since by all appearances the sheriff knows the power of his own standing, along with the lack of theirs.

This goes waaaay beyond stovepiping and ‘the wall’. This is a deliberate witholding of a law enforcement tool that other jurisdictions use. Who would be next??? People better stand up and take notice...Sis, Holder, 0bama must go.
