5.3 times what percentage too start with? An already low one I bet. Otherwise LEO’s, ambulance drivers etc would be wrecking cars right and left. Any higher than say a family going out on a Friday or Saturday night in higher traffic? Higher than say the 4th of July? Which insurer do you work for anyway? LOL.
