Palin’s office threatened to sue, over that biography, but it went no further than that. No writ was served.

If palin had gone to court then every allegation in the book would have been fair game by both sides...iow...if some of them were true then the palins would have been on the spot in a very public forum.

A few here have noted that the announcement of the lawsuit to nowhere was followed awfully close by her announcement not to announce and have posited that there is a correlation between the two.
