I would say that is up to Israel to decide whether they want to continue negotiations. Anyone familiar with domestic Israeli politics understands that there is significant support for continuing such negotiations and not shutting the door on any future talks. Even Bibi voices his willingness to negotiate—with certain preconditions, e.g., the other side recognizes Israel’s right to exist.
